Peran Online Trust, Risk Perception, Delivery Risk dalam Menentukan Online Purchase Intention pada iGeneration yang Menggunakan E-Commerce

Abstract

Platform e-commerce telah hadir dan mampu berkontribusi positif terhadap kinerja pelaku bisnis. Konsumen dihadapkan dengan beragam alternatif platform e-commerc. Penting bagi setiap penyedia layanan platform berbasis digital perlu untuk memberikan layanan yang dapat memberikan layanan kemanan dan kepercayaan terhadap konsumen pada saat bertransaksi melalui platform e-commerce. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui dampak online trust, risk perseption dan delivery risk terhadap online purchase intention pada iGeneration yang menggunakan e-commerce. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner online yang di sebarkan kepada responden. Adapun populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu keseluruhan konsumen iGeneration yang melakukan pembelian online pada media e-commerce. Ukuran sampel minimum diambil berdasarkan perhitungan 10 kali jumlah item pengukuran dan diperoleh jumlah sampel sebesar 120 sampel. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa untuk variabel online trust tidak berdampak signifikan terhadap online purchase intention. Untuk variabel risk perception berdampak signifikan terhadap online purchase intention. Selanjutnya untuk variabel delivery risk tidak berdampak signifikan terhadap online purchase intention.
