	<meta name="DC.Description" xml:lang="en" content="Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah ada atau tidaknya pengaruh pelatihan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT.PLN (Persero) ULP BELOPA. Penelitian ini menggunakkan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT.PLN (Persero) ULP BELOPA yang dilaksanakan yaitu kurang lebih 1 Minggu .Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 40 karyawan. Teknik pegambilan sampel menggunakkan sampel jenuh. Penelitian ini menggunakkan teknik pengumpulan data , kuesioner dan dokumentasi .Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda , pengujian hipotesis menggunakkan uji-t secara parsial dan uji-f dengan taraf signifikan 0,05 dan uji koefisien determinasi ( R2 ).Uji parsial (uji t) menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan dengan nilai dengan t hitung &gt; t tabel atau 3.448 &gt;2.026 dan nilai sig. Adalah 0,001   t tabel atau 4.215 &gt;2.026 dan nilai sig. adalah 0,000  F tabel 3.252 dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0.000&lt; 0.05. Hasil koefisien determinasi (R2) menunjukkan sebesar 73 % sedangkan sisanya sebesar 27. % dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain diluar dari penelitian ini.

		<div>Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah ada atau tidaknya pengaruh pelatihan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT.PLN (Persero) ULP BELOPA. Penelitian ini menggunakkan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT.PLN (Persero) ULP BELOPA yang dilaksanakan yaitu kurang lebih 1 Minggu .Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 40 karyawan. Teknik pegambilan sampel menggunakkan sampel jenuh. Penelitian ini menggunakkan teknik pengumpulan data , kuesioner dan dokumentasi .Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda , pengujian hipotesis menggunakkan uji-t secara parsial dan uji-f dengan taraf signifikan 0,05 dan uji koefisien determinasi ( R2 ).Uji parsial (uji t) menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan dengan nilai dengan t hitung &gt; t tabel atau 3.448 &gt;2.026 dan nilai sig. Adalah 0,001 &lt; 0,05, dan disiplin kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja dengan nilai t hitung &gt; t tabel atau 4.215 &gt;2.026 dan nilai sig. adalah 0,000 &lt; 0,05. Secara uji simultan (uji f), pelatihan kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap produktivitas kerja dengan nilai F hitung 49.996&gt;F tabel 3.252 dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0.000&lt; 0.05. Hasil koefisien determinasi (R2) menunjukkan sebesar 73 % sedangkan sisanya sebesar 27. % dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain diluar dari penelitian ini.<br />
