Penelitian ini untuk melihat dan menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Dimana sampel yang dijadikan responden yaitu sebanyak 50 karyawan PT. Sepuh Energi Alam. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada respoden. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan adalah regresi linier sederhana. Dimana hasil penelitiannya adalah budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, yang berarti bahwa jika budaya organisasi baik maka produktivitas kerja karyawan akan baik, begitu pula sebaliknya. Dengan demikian, budaya organisasi yang baik akan meningkatkan produktivitas kerja karyawan.

Penelitian ini untuk melihat dan menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Dimana sampel yang dijadikan responden yaitu sebanyak 50 karyawan PT. Sepuh Energi Alam. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada respoden. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan adalah regresi linier sederhana. Dimana hasil penelitiannya adalah budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, yang berarti bahwa jika budaya organisasi baik maka produktivitas kerja karyawan akan baik, begitu pula sebaliknya. Dengan demikian, budaya organisasi yang baik akan meningkatkan produktivitas kerja karyawan.<br />
