	<meta name="DC.Description" xml:lang="id" content=" Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh  virtual leadership, virtual skill  dan literasi digital terhadap kinerja dosen di era pasca pandemi. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah dosen pada lingkup perguruan tinggi di Kota Palopo, Sulawesi Selatan. Adapun metode penarikan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan random sampling yakni sebannyak 100 orang dosen. Metode analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa  virtual skill  dan literasi digital berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen pada era pasca pandemic. Ditemukan pula bahwa  virtual leadership  berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen pada lingkup perguruan tinggi di Kota Palopo Sulawesi Selatan, pasca pandemic. "/>

		<div><p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh <em>virtual leadership, virtual skill</em> dan literasi digital terhadap kinerja dosen di era pasca pandemi. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah dosen pada lingkup perguruan tinggi di Kota Palopo, Sulawesi Selatan. Adapun metode penarikan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan random sampling yakni sebannyak 100 orang dosen. Metode analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa <em>virtual skill</em> dan literasi digital berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen pada era pasca pandemic. Ditemukan pula bahwa <em>virtual leadership</em> berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen pada lingkup perguruan tinggi di Kota Palopo Sulawesi Selatan, pasca pandemic.</p></div>
