	<meta name="DC.Description" xml:lang="en" content=" Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja dan beban kerja terhadap semangat kerja karyawan pada PT. Kumala Motor Sejahtera (Hino) di Kota Palopo, (2) untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja terhadap semangat kerja karyawan pada PT. Kumala Motor Sejahtera (Hino) di Kota Palopo, (3) untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja terhadap semangat kerja karyawan pada PT. Kumala Motor Sejahtera (Hino) di Kota Palopo. Hasil penelitian berdsarkan uji t atau uji hipotesis. Dengan demikian sesuai pada tabel di atas menjelaskan bahwa variabel stres kerja (X1) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel semangat kerja (Y) itu artinya hipotesis 2 ditolak, hal ini dikarenakan nilai signifikansi (0,720) &amp;gt; (0,05) dan nilai t hitung (-0,362) &amp;lt; t tabel (2,56) . Pada variabel beban kerja (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel semangat kerja (Y) karena sesuai dengan persyaratan dengan perbandingan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,006 lebih kecil dari 0,05 atau 5% dan t hitung (2,976) &amp;gt;  t tabel (2,56). Itu artinya hipotesis 3 diterima. Sedangkan berdasarkan uji f dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel stres kerja dan beban kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap semangat kerja karyawan. "/>

		<div><p>Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja dan beban kerja terhadap semangat kerja karyawan pada PT. Kumala Motor Sejahtera (Hino) di Kota Palopo, (2) untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja terhadap semangat kerja karyawan pada PT. Kumala Motor Sejahtera (Hino) di Kota Palopo, (3) untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja terhadap semangat kerja karyawan pada PT. Kumala Motor Sejahtera (Hino) di Kota Palopo. Hasil penelitian berdsarkan uji t atau uji hipotesis. Dengan demikian sesuai pada tabel di atas menjelaskan bahwa variabel stres kerja (X1) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel semangat kerja (Y) itu artinya hipotesis 2 ditolak, hal ini dikarenakan nilai signifikansi (0,720) &gt; (0,05) dan nilai t hitung (-0,362) &lt; t tabel (2,56) . Pada variabel beban kerja (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel semangat kerja (Y) karena sesuai dengan persyaratan dengan perbandingan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,006 lebih kecil dari 0,05 atau 5% dan t hitung (2,976) &gt;  t tabel (2,56). Itu artinya hipotesis 3 diterima. Sedangkan berdasarkan uji f dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel stres kerja dan beban kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap semangat kerja karyawan.</p></div>
