Analisis Dampak Financial Risk Information Risk dan Interaction Risk terhadap Online Purchase Intention

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui dampak financial risk, information risk, interaction risk terhadap online purchase intention. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui penyebaran kuesioner online. Adapun populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu keseluruhan konsumen yang melakukan transaksi melalui media pemasaran berbasis digital. Ukuran sampel minimum diambil berdasarkan perhitungan 10 kali jumlah item pengukuran dan diperoleh jumlah sampel sebesar 120 sampel. Sebelum melakukan tahapan analisis pengujian hipotesis terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji kualitas data yaitu uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Kaiser Meyer Olkin Measure of Samling (KMO) dan Barlett Test of Spehericity deangan bantuan Software SPSS Versi 24. Selanjutnya untuk menguji reliabilitas instrument pengukuran menggunakan prosedur Chornbachs Alpha. Untuk tahap pengujian hipotesis, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu financial risk tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap online purchase intention. Untuk information risk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap online purchase intention. Selanjutnya untuk information risk berdampak signifikan terhadap online purchase intention. Selanjutnya untuk interaction berdampak signifikan terhadap online purchase intention.
