	<meta name="DC.Description" xml:lang="en" content="Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner ke karyawan PT Masmindo Dwi Area. Data sekunder dikumpulkan secara tidak langsung melainkan yang diperoleh dari orang lain atau dokumen-dokumen dan jurnal yang berhubungan dengan penelitiani ini. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan tetap PT Masmindo Dwi Area yang berjumlah 187 karyawan. Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Masmindo Dwi Area. Motivasi sangat penting dan berfungsi sebagai pendorong usaha dan pencapaian tujuan. Seseorang melakukan suatu usaha karena adanya motivasi. Hal ini dapat diartikan bahwa semakin tinggi motivasi, maka semakin tinggi pula kinerja karyawan.

		<div>Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner ke karyawan PT Masmindo Dwi Area. Data sekunder dikumpulkan secara tidak langsung melainkan yang diperoleh dari orang lain atau dokumen-dokumen dan jurnal yang berhubungan dengan penelitiani ini. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan tetap PT Masmindo Dwi Area yang berjumlah 187 karyawan. Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Masmindo Dwi Area. Motivasi sangat penting dan berfungsi sebagai pendorong usaha dan pencapaian tujuan. Seseorang melakukan suatu usaha karena adanya motivasi. Hal ini dapat diartikan bahwa semakin tinggi motivasi, maka semakin tinggi pula kinerja karyawan.<br />
