Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of workload and working time on the quality of work of employees of the Inspectorate Office of North Luwu Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method through questionnaires distributed to the entire population of 60 employees, using saturated sampling techniques. Data analysis was performed with multiple linear regression. The results showed that workload had a positive and significant effect on work quality with a t test value (4.114> 1.671), while work time also had a positive and significant effect with a t test value (3.307> 1.671). The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.431 indicates that 43.1% of the variation in work quality can be explained by the workload and work time variables simultaneously. This finding suggests that effective workload management and working time arrangements can improve employee work quality. The practical implication of this research is the need for leaders of the Inspectorate Office of North Luwu Regency to review workload distribution and improve work time management in order to create a more productive and efficient work environment.
