Abstract

This study aims to determine an increase in student learning outcomes, the problem in this study is the low student learning outcomes in shooting material on the target media. The formulation of the problem studied was whether the application of shooting on the target media could improve the shooting technique skills of MTS students. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the application of shooting on the target media can improve the shooting skills of MTS Noling students. The approach taken in this research is a qualitative approach with the type of classroom action research (PTK). The focus of this research is to improve the shooting skills of MTS Noling students. The research subjects were teachers and students of class VIII MTS Noling, totaling 10 people. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, documentation and tests. The data analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis. The results of the research in cycle I indicate that the success indicator has not been achieved with a success percentage of 60%. In the second cycle the results of the study have reached the success indicator with a percentage of 90%. The conclusion of this study is an increase in students in physical education subjects through the application of the shooting method on the target media.
