Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of compensation fairness on work motivation and employee performance at PT. Mandiri Utama Finence Palopo Branch, this research uses saturated sampling technique, data analysis method used path analysis (paht analysis) with IBM SPSS. The type of data obtained in this study is primary data through observation techniques and also questionnaires, the results of this study indicate that compensation justice has a positive and significant effect on work motivation. This research shows that compensation fairness has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of this study indicate that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on the results of the calculation of the effect of compensation justice on employee performance of 0.473, it is greater than the effect of compensation justice on work motivation of 0.698 and the indirect effect of compensation justice on work motivation and employee performance is 0.330.
