Abstract
This study uses a quantitative research type, the aim is to find out tge ethical culture of the organization and the ethical orientation of the influenceon ethical sensitivity at the inspectorate offices throughout luwu raya. The sampling technique used was a type of samplingtechnique. Analysis tool uses SPSS. The results of this test indicate that. The organizational ethical culture variable has a positive and significant effect on auditor ethical sesitivity while ethical orientation has a negative and insignificant effect on auditor ethical orientation.
