Abstract
This study aims to determine whether supervision, discipline and employee commitment have an effect on employee performance at PT. Suraco Jaya Abadi Motor Masamba Branch. This research was conducted for 2 months, starting from May to July 2021 at PT. Suraco Jaya Abadi Motor Masamba Branch. The population and sample in this study were employees of PT. Suraco Jaya Abadi Motor Masamba Branch. Sampling using the Slovin formula. The data in this study were obtained by distributing questionnaires to 76 respondents. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression with the help of Product Statistics and Service Solutions (SPSS). From this research it can be seen that the Oversight (X1)a significant effect on employee performance with the show with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05, discipline (X2)has no effect on job performance with a significant level of 0.939> 0.05 while Commitments employees (X3) have no effect on work performance with a significant level of 0.697 > 0.05. So it can be concluded that the Oversight (X1)a significant effect on employee performance or acceptance, while discipline (X2)and the commitment of employees (X3)insignificant or rejected.
