Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of third party funds and risks on Mudharabah financing at Indonesian Islamic Banks for the 2016-2020 period. This research is a quantitative research because the research data is in the form of numbers and the analysis uses statistics. The population in this study is the published financial statements of Indonesian Islamic Commercial Banks for the 2016-2020 period. The method used in determining the sample is purposive sampling, so the samples in this study are Third Party Funds (DPK), Non Performing Financing (NPF), and mudharabah financing contained in the financial statements of Indonesian Islamic Commercial Banks for the 2016-2020 period, starting from the month of January-December. The data analysis technique used is the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression. The results showed that: 1) Partially, third party funds (DPK) had a positive and significant effect on mudharabah financing, while the risk measured by non-performing financing (NPF) had no effect on mudharabah financing. 2) Simultaneously, Third Party Funds (TPF) and Risks (NPF) together have a positive and significant effect on Mudharabah Financing KeywordsThird Party Funds, Risks, Mudharabah Financing.
