Abstract

ABSTRACK This study aims to determine the management of working capital sources at the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Tirta Bukae, North Luwu Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method, which is a method that seeks to collect data according to the actual situation, present and analyze it so that it can provide a fairly clear comparison of the object under study and then a conclusion can be drawn. From the results of the research and discussion conducted, the authors see that the largest source of working capital for the company comes from the wealth of the North Luwu Regency Government. While other sources come from net income, central government participation whose status has not been determined, grants from the North Luwu Regency Government using the Liquidity Ratio, namely the Current Ratio, Quick Ratio and Net Working Capital. If you look at the Current Ratio in 2016-2020, the change conditions are very good because it has an average of 267.01%, the Quick Ratio in 2016-2020 conditions changes are very good because it has an average value of 563.89. Meanwhile, Net Working Capital in 2016-2020 was very good because it had an average value of 483.92. Current asset management in the company was very good because the ratio was below number 3. The results of the study showed that working capital was quite efficient. INTISARI Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengelolaan sumber modal kerja pada Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Tirta Bukae Kabupaten Luwu Utara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif yaitu metode yang berusaha mengumpulkan data yang sesuai keadaan yang sebenarnya, menyajikan dan menganalisisnya sehingga dapat memberikan perbandingan yang cukup jelas mengenai objek yang diteliti dan kemudian dapat ditarik suatu kesimpulan. Dari hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang dilakukan, penulis melihat bahwa sumber modal kerja terbesar perusahaan berasal dari Kekayaan Pemkab Luwu Utara. Sedangkan sumber lainnya berasal dari laba bersih, penyertaan pemerintah pusat yang belum ditetapkan statusnya, hibah dari Pemkab Luwu Utara menggunakan Rasio Likuiditas yaitu Current Ratio, Quick Ratio dan Net Working Capital. Jika dilihat pada Current Ratio pada tahun 2016-2020 kondisi perubahan sangat baik karena memliki rata-rata 267,01%, Quick Ratio pada tahuan 2016-2020 kondisi perubahan sangat baik karena memliki nilai rata-rata 563,89. Sedangkan Net Working Capital pada tahun 2016-2020 kondisi perubahan sangat baik karena memiliki nilai rata-rata 483,92.pengelolaan aktiva lancar pada perusahaan sudah sangat baik karena rasio dibawah angka 3. Hasil penelitian menujukkan modal kerja yang sudah cukup efesien. Kata Kunci : laporan neraca, laporan laba rugi, laporan perubahan modal kerja, sumber dan penggunaan modal kerja, rasio likuiditas.
