Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation, work discipline, and motivation on employee productivity at PT.Mars in Bupon sub-district. This study uses a quantitative approach and uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT.Mars in Bupon District. The population in this study was 55 respondents with the slovin formula sampling technique. The data is processed through the SPSS version 21 program with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The result of this study indicate that work discipline and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity, while compensation, has no effect on employee productivity .the result of the t test prove that work discipline and motivation have a partial effect on employee productivity, compensation has no partial effect. Then the f tes result prove that compensation, work discipline, and motivation simultaneously affect employee productivity. By looking at Fcount (41,264) > Ftable (2,78). Keywords :compensation, work discipline, motivation, and employee productivity.
