Abstract

The research objectives were: 1) To find out whether there wsan effect of legstrength on shooting accuracy in football extracurricular at SMP Negeri 8 Palopo. 2) To find out whether there was an effect of eye-foot coordination on shooting accuracy in football extracurricular at SMP Negeri 8 Palopo. 3) To find out whether there was an effect of leg strength and eye-foot coordination on shooting accuracy in football extracurricular at SMP Negeri 8 Palopo. The research method used descriptive research. The independent variables were leg strength and eye-foot coordination. The dependent variable was shooting accuracy. The population wasall students of football extracurricular. The sample in this study was taken by using a saturated sample, namely the entire population was taken as a sample, namely 22 students. The data analysis technique used the SPSS application program. The results of this study show that: 1) There is a significant effect of leg strength on shooting accuracy infootball extracurricular at SMP Negeri 8 Palopo namely 91.7%. 2) There is a significant effect of eye-foot coordination on shooting accuracy in football extracurricular at SMP Negeri 8 Paloponamely 92.6%. 3) There is a significant effect of leg strength and eye-foot coordination on shooting accuracy in football extracurricular at SMP Negeri 8 Paloponamely 94.1%.
