Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and motivation on employee performance at PT. Brantas Abipraya, North Luwu Regency. This research is a quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population in this study are all employees who work at PT. Brantas Abipraya, North Luwu Regency. The number of samples in this study amounted to 33 people. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical test, classical assumption test and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that: 1). Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Brantas Abipraya, North Luwu Regency, 2). Motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Brantas Abipraya, North Luwu Regency. The results of the F test show that work discipline and motivation simultaneously (together) have a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT. Brantas Abipraya, North Luwu Regency. Work discipline and motivation have a contribution or influence on employee performance variables by 54.80%, while the remaining 45.20% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
