Abstract
The research aims to determine the effect of accountability and human resources on the financial management performance of the regional government of Palopo city. Based on the results of the study, it shows that accountability has a significant effect on the performance of local government financial management. Human resources do not significantly influence the performance of local government financial management. For accountability and human resources have a significant effect on the performance of local government financial management.
