Abstract

ABSTCRAT The research objectives are (1) To find out whether there is a contribution of speed to the ability to dribble in the soccer game of SD MI Datok Sulaiman students. (2) To find out whether there is a contribution of eye-foot coordination to the ability to dribble in the soccer game of SD MI Datok Sulaiman students. (3) To find out whether there is a balance contribution to the ability to dribble in the soccer game of SD MI Datok Sulaiman students. (4) To find out whether there is a joint contribution of speed and eye-foot coordination to the ability to dribble in the soccer game of SD MI Datok Sulaiman students. The research method uses descriptive research with the independent variable speed and eye-foot coordination and the dependent variable is dribbling ability. the population in this study were students of SD MI Datok Sulaiman as many as 250 people. The sample in this study amounted to 40 people. The sampling technique was simple random sampling, namely the motion of taking random samples and can be done through lottery. The results of this study suggest that: (1) There is a significant contribution of speed to the ability to dribble in the soccer game of SD MI Datok Sulaiman students of 73.0%. (2) There is a significant contribution of eye-foot coordination to the ability to dribble in the soccer game of SD MI Datok Sulaiman students by 62.6%. (3) There is a significant contribution of balance to the ability to dribble in the soccer game of SD MI Datok Sulaiman students by 56.6%. (4) There is a joint contribution of speed, eye-foot coordination and balance to the ability to dribble in the soccer game of SD MI Datok Sulaiman students of 84.7%.
