Abstract
This research was conducted to determine the effect of job satisfaction, work discipline and work stress on employee performance at PT. ku7mala brilliant perennial palopo branch. the analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. the results of the study show that partially job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of pt. eternal shining kumala. work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at pt. eternal shining kumala. and the work stress variable has no effect on employee performance at pt. kumala brilliant perpetual palopo branch. simultaneously all variables have a significant effect on employee performance at pt. perennial brilliant kumala palopo branch.
