Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan penguasaan tolak peluru dalam pembelajaran atletik pada siswa kelas V UPT SD Negeri 12 Lindajang. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus yang masing-masing terdiri dari desain, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Subjek data penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V UPT SD 12 Lindajang berjumlah 20 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi dan evaluasi hasil belajar model pembelajaran kooperatif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif komparatif yaitu. Hasil perbandingan kondisi awal dengan perubahan yang terjadi pada masing-masing fungsi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dari prasiklus ke siklus I dan dari siklus I ke siklus II. Hasil belajar tolak peluru pada prasiklus dalam prosentase tuntas 40% atau 8 siswa. Pada siklus I terjadi peningkatan dalam kategori tuntas adalah 60% atau 12 siswa. Pada siklus II terjadi peningkatan prosentase dalam kategori tuntas sebesar 90% atau sejumlah 18 siswa dan tidak tuntas sejumlah 2 siswa atau 10 %. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah penerapan metode pembelajaran melalui pembelajaran kooperatif dapat meningkatkan penguasaan tolak peluru dalam pembelajaran atletik siswa kelas V UPT SD Negeri 12 Lindajang The purpose of this study was to improve the mastery of shot put in athletic learning in grade V upt students of SD Negeri 12 Lindajang. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR). This research was conducted in two cycles, each cycle consisting of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The data subjects of this study were 20 students in class V of upt SD Negeri 12 Lindajang. Data collection techniques with observation and assessment of learning outcomes of bullet point cooperative learning models. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive comparative analysis, namely comparing the initial conditions with the changes that occur in each action. The results of the analysis showed a significant increase from pre-cycle to cycle I and from cycle I to cycle II. The learning outcomes of shot put in pre-cycle in the percentage of complete 40% or 8 students. In cycle I there was an increase in the complete category, namely 60% or 12 students. In cycle II there was an increase in the percentage in the complete category of 90% or a total of 18 students percentage of complete 10% or 2 students. The conclusion of this study is that the application of learning methods through cooperative learning can improve the mastery of shot put in athletic learning for 5th grade students of upt SD Negeri 12 Lindajang
