Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to determine the central role of the Masamba business in increasing MSME income and also to determine the impact of the existence of the Masamba business center. This study uses qualitative research with descriptive methods. There are two sources of data used by researchers, namely primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques using the library research method. And using data analysis techniques through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the Masamba business center plays a role in increasing people's income in Masamba District. By carrying out three roles namely; as a facilitator, mediator, and also a mediator. The impact of the existence of the Masamba business center on the community's economy is in the form of a positive impact, namely it has created jobs for the community, has become a source of income, reduced unemployment rates. Keywords: The Central Role of Masamba's Business, MSME Incom ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Peranan sentral bisnis Masamba dalam meningkatkan pendapatan UMKM dan juga untuk mengetahui dampak dari keberadaan sentral bisnis Masamba. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Sumber data yang digunakan oleh peneliti ada dua yaitu data primer dan data sekunder dengan teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan metode library research. Dan menggunakana teknik analisis data melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sentral bisnis Masamba berperan dalam meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat di Kecamatan Masamba. Dengan menjalankan tiga peran yaitu; sebagai fasilitator, mediator,dan juga mediator. Adapun dampak dari keberadaan sentral bisnis Masamba terhadap perekonomian masyarakat yaitu berupa dampak positif yaitu telah menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan bagi masyarakat, menjadi sumber pendapatan, mengurangi tingkat pengangguran.
