Abstract
ABSTRACT development in Sabbang Village, Sabbang District, North Luwu Regency. This type of research isqualitative research. The processed data is the result of interviews with six informants, namely thevillagehead,villageclerk,hamlethead,andprojectleader.Datacollectionmethodsusedinthisstudy are observation, interviews and documentation. The research results obtained show that theeconomic infrastructure development program in Sabbang Village, Sabbang District, Hokuriku KiriRegency is running very well with a focus on three indicators of effectiveness starting from targetachievementwhichisthefirstindicator.Theimplementationoftheprogramwassuccessfullyimplemented and completed. Timely and to the point, the second indicator is integration and the thirdindicator is adaptation if the development program isnotified in advance or done in the villagecouncil prior to implementation, when the program is planned and implemented. Gradually, it wasupgraded as intended. Jenis penelitian iniadalahpenelitiankualitatif.Datayang diolah merupakanhasilwawancaradenganenam informanyaitukepaladesa,jurutulisdesa,kepaladusun,danpimpinanproyek.Metodepengumpulandatayang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitianyang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa program pembangunan infrastruktur ekonomi di Desa SabbangKecamatan Sabbang Kabupaten Hokuriku Kiri berjalan sangat baik dengan fokus pada tiga indikatorefektivitas dimulai dari pencapaian target yang merupakan indikator pertama. Pelaksanaan programberhasil dilaksanakan dan diselesaikan. Tepat waktu dan to the point, indikator kedua adalah integrasidanindikatorketigaadalahadaptasijikaprogrampembangunandiberitahukansebelumnyaataudilakukandidewan desa sebelum implementasi,ketikaprogram direncanakandan dilaksanakan.Secarabertahap,itu ditingkatkan sebagaimana dimaksud.
