Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the relationship between return on assets and return on equity with the disclosure of firm value. The population in this study were the financial statements of PT. Alfa Propertindo Sejahtera in Masamba, North Luwu Regency. The data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis with the classical assumption test method, regressiosn analysis and hypothesis testing. This research is expected to be taken into consideration for company management in making decisions on stock prices, managing capital and managing its assets in order to maximize company value. The partial test results show that the return on assets variable has a negative and insignificant effect on firm value and the return on equity variable has no effect on firm value, but simultaneous testing shows that return on assets and return on equity have a significant effect on firm value. The Adjusted R-square value is 0.481, which means that the variables return on assets and return on equity are able to explain 48% of the variation in firm value variables and the remaining 52% is explained by other variables not examined.
