Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT PLN (PERSERO) ULP PALOPO CITY. This research method is a type of quantitative research using primary data with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The population used in this study were all employees of PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Palopo. The sample selection method in this study is saturated sampling method where all members of the population are sampled because the sample is relatively small. The data analysis technique used is a simple linear regression model. The results of this study indicate that leadership style has no effect on employee performance at PT. P LN (Persero) ULP Palopo, work motivation has no effect on the performance of employees of PT PLN (Persero) ULP Palopo City and work discipline has an effect on the performance of employees of PT PLN (Persero) ULP Palopo City.
