Abstract

ABSTRACT The objectives of this study are to: (1) ascertain the impact of employee motivation on performance at PT. Kasmar Matano Persada, North Luwu Regency; (2) ascertain the impact of employee compensation on performance at PT. Kasmar Matano Persada, North Luwu Regency; and (3) ascertain the impact of employee motivation and compensation on performance at PT. Kasmar Matano Persada, North Luwu Regency. All of the PT. Kasmar Matano Persada's North Luwu Regency personnel were the population chosen for the study. A thorough sampling method was used by the researchers to select a sample of 76 people. The method used for data analysis is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that motivation has a substantial impact on staff performance at PT. Kasmar Matano Persada, North Luwu Regency. Employee performance at PT. Kasmar Matano Persada, North Luwu Regency, is significantly influenced by compensation. Employee performance at PT. Kasmar Matano Persada, North Luwu Regency is influenced by both motivation and compensation at the same time. Keywords: Motivation, compensation, employee performance INTISARI Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: (1) mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja karyawan PT. Kasmar Matano Persada Kabupaten Luwu Utara; (2) mengetahui dampak kompensasi karyawan pada PT. Kasmar Matano Persada Kabupaten Luwu Utara; dan (3) mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja dan kompensasi karyawan secara simultan. Seluruh PT. Personil Kasmar Matano Persada Kabupaten Luwu Utara menjadi populasi yang dipilih untuk penelitian. Peneliti memperoleh sampel sebanyak 76 partisipan dengan menggunakan teknik full sampling. Analisis regresi linier berganda adalah teknik yang dipakai untuk analisis data. Temuan penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa kinerja karyawan pada PT. Kasmar Matano Persada Kabupaten Luwu Utara dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh motivasi. penggantian berimbas signifikan berkenaan kinerja karyawan pada PT. Kasmar Matano Persada Kabupaten Luwu Utara. Motivasi dan kompensasi berpengaruh secara simultan berkenaan kinerja karyawan PT. Kasmar Matano Persada Kabupaten Luwu Utara. Kata kunci: Motivasi, kompensasi, kinerja karyawan
