Abstract

ABSTRACT Work discipline in an organization is an important factor that can influence employee performance. Apart from work discipline, another factor that can influence employee performance is the work environment. This research aims to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance at PT. Mandala Finance Masamba Branch. To determine the influence of the work environment on employee performance at PT. Mandala Finance Masamba Branch. To determine the influence of work discipline and work environment on employee performance at PT. Mandala Finance Masamba Branch. The population selected in the research were all employees of PT. Mandala Finance Masamba Branch as many as 32 people, with a sampling technique using total sampling. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Mandala Finance Masamba Branch, work discipline t-calculated value > t-table (5.030 > 1.699). The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Mandala Finance Masamba Branch, work environment t-calculated value > t-table (3.033 > 1.699). Work discipline and work environment together influence employee performance at PT. Mandala Finance Masamba Branch, F-count > F-table (27.313 > 3.33). Key words: Work discipline, work environment, performance ABSTRAK Disiplin kerja dalam suatu organisasi merupakan faktor penting yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Selain disiplin kerja, faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan adalah lingkungan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Mandala Finance Cabang Masamba. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Mandala Finance Cabang Masamba. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Mandala Finance Cabang Masamba. Populasi yang dipilih dalam penelitian adalah semua karyawan PT. Mandala Finance Cabang Masamba sebanyak 32 orang, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Mandala Finance Cabang Masamba, nilai t-hitung disiplin kerja > t-tabel (5,030 > 1,699). Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Mandala Finance Cabang Masamba, nilai t-hitung lingkungan kerja > t-tabel (3,033 > 1,699). Disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Mandala Finance Cabang Masamba, nilai F-hitung > F-tabel (27,313 > 3,33). Kata kunci: Disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja, kinerja
