Abstract

ABSTRAK Universitas Muhammadiyah Palopo Program Studi DIII Kebidanan LTA, Maret 2023 Nurlisda, Patmahwati, Andi Mayanti Asuhan Kebidanan Continuity Of Care Pada Ny “L” Masa Hamil Sampai Dengan Keluarga Berencana Di RSUD Batara Guru Belopa Tahun 2024 Xix halaman + 170 halaman + 7 lampiran + 8 tabel Continuity of care yaitu pemberian asuhan kebidanan sejak masa kehamilan, bersalin, nifas, neonates, sehingga memutuskan menggunakan KB. Masalah kesehatan ibu dan anak merupakan masalah kesehatan yang perlu mendapat perhatian yang lebih karena mempunyai dampak yang besar terhadap pembangunan di bidang kesehatan dan meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia. Salah satu indikator derajat kesehatan masyarakat adalah Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) dan Angka Kematian Bayi (AKB). Sehingga sangat dibutuhkan pelayanan kesehatan ibu dan anak melalui asuhan yang berkesinambungan dan berkelanjutan Asuhan pada Ny ”L” 19 tahun GI P0 A0 bersifat Continuity Of Care, menggunakan pendekatan asuhan berkesinambungan dengan cara memantau perkembangan ibu dan janin mulai masa hamil trimester III, dan memantau serta menolong persalinan, pemantauan masa nifas, pemantauan bayi baru lahir sampai penggunaan alat kontrasepsi. Kehamilan Ny “L ” dengan usia kehamilan 38 minggu 6 hari saat menjelang persalinan. Persalinan berlangsung dengan baik, bayi baru lahir segera menangis dengan BB 2.900 gram dan PB 48 cm dan sudah dilakukan IMD. Masa nifas 6 minggu dan ibu menunda untuk menjadi akseptor KB. Diharapkan bagi pemilik lahan praktek lebih meningkatkan standar asuhan 14T pada setiap ibu hamil agar dapat deteksi dini dan pencegahan komplikasi dapat dilaksanakan serta meningkatkan pelayanan asuhan di masyarakat agar dapat membantu menurunkan AKI dan KB. Maternal and child health problems are health problems that need more attention because they have a major impact on development in the health sector and improve the quality of human resources. One indicator of the degree of public health is the Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) and Infant Mortality Rate (IMR). So it is needed maternal and child health services through continuous and sustainable care. Upbringing on Mrs. "L" 19 years old GI P0 A0 nature Continuity Of Care, using a continuous care approach by monitoring the development of the mother and fetus starting from the third trimester of pregnancy, and monitoring and assisting childbirth, monitoring the puerperium, monitoring newborns to the use of contraceptives. Pregnancy Mrs. "S" with 38 weeks 6 day gestation at the time of delivery. Labor went well, the newborn immediately cried with a BB of 2,900 grams and PB 48 cm and IMD was done. The puerperium is 6 weeks and the mother delays becoming a birth control acceptor. Expected for landowners The practice further improves the standard of 14T care for every pregnant woman so that early detection and prevention of complications can be implemented and improves care services in the community to help reduce MMR and IMR.
