Abstract
The purpose of this research is to find out how the influence of service quality and customer satisfaction on loyalty in using BRI mobile banking. on the loyalty of using BRI mobile banking. This research is quantitative research. Population of this study are the people of Palopo City who use BRI mobile banking. banking BRI. The results of this study It can be concluded that, Service quality has a positive effect on loyalty use of BRI Mobile Banking.
