Abstract
Education and Work Experience are important things in improving Employee Performance at PT. Citra Mandiri Masamba. Based on this, a research was carried out that aims to determine whether education and work experience affect employee performance at PT. Citra Mandiri Masamba. The variables used in this study are education, work experience and employee performance. This study uses quantitative methods, using the Slovin formula with proportional sampling method so that the samples in this study are 35 scattered in PT. Citra Mandiri Masamba and measuring data using multiple linear regression analysis method, coefficient termination test, t test and f test (simultaneous). Hypothesis testing in this study used the SPSS Version 21 program. The results showed that based on the results of partial statistical testing (t test) that had been carried out, it was stated that the Education variable (X1) had no significant effect and Work Experience (X2) had no significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Citra Mandiri Masamba (Y). Keywords: Education, Work Experience, Employee Performance.
