Abstract

Abstract. The aim of this research is to find out how leadership style and organizational culture influence the performance of PT Hadji Kalla Toyota Palopo employees. The population of this study consisted of 85 employees of PT Hadji Kalla Toyota Palopo, which was a saturated sample. Primary and secondary data were collected in this research. Observation, questionnaires, interviews, and literature review are the methods used to obtain data for this research. This type of research is quantitative descriptive and uses multiple linear regression analysis, instrumental testing (validity and reliability test), and hypothesis testing consisting of partial testing (t-test) and simultaneous testing (F-test). The results of the t-test value analysis show that an employee's leadership style influences their performance significantly, and organizational culture influences their performance.
