Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of job stress and job satisfaction on employee turnover rate at PT Bank BRI Palopo Branch. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey design. The research population involved 130 employees at PT Bank BRI Palopo Branch, with sampling done through saturated sample technique. Of the 130 questionnaires distributed through Google Form, 90 questionnaires were successfully returned. The data collected has gone through validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique used is linear regression and multiple regression to test the effect of job stress and job satisfaction on employee turnover. The results showed that job stress has a positive and significant effect on employee turnover, which means that the higher the level of job stress, the more likely employees are to leave the organization. In contrast, job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover, which means that the higher the level of job satisfaction, the less likely employees are to leave the organization. This study also found that the combination of job stress and job satisfaction simultaneously affects employee turnover rates. Keywords: Job Stress, Job Satisfaction, Turnover
