Abstract

This research aims to determine and explain the partial and simultaneous relationship between work discipline and employee performance variables on satisfaction at Bank BRI Branch Palopo. This study employs a descriptive quantitative approach using a questionnaire instrument for data collection. The population in this study is 130. The partial testing results show that the work discipline variable has a significant effect on satisfaction as evidenced by the partial test results (significant value of T 0.002 < α = 0.5) and the T value of 3.172 > T table 1.656. The partial testing results also indicate that the employee performance variable has a significant effect on employee satisfaction as evidenced by the T test results (Partial) with a significant value of 0.000 < α = 0.5 and T count of 7.921 > T table 1.655. Furthermore, the simultaneous testing results show that both work discipline and employee performance variables together have a significant effect on satisfaction as evidenced by the F test results with a significant value of F 0.000 < α = 0.5 and obtained F count of 113.566 > F table 3.07.
