Abstract

Family financial planning in accordance with Islamic principles is an important aspect of maintaining household stability and welfare. However, there remains a gap between the community’s understanding of sharia-based finance and its implementation in daily practice, as reflected in the level of Islamic financial literacy and the internalization of religious values. This study aims to analyze the influence of Islamic financial literacy and religiosity on Islamic household financial planning in Dangerakko Village, Palopo City. The study employs a quantitative approach, with data collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 120 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The results indicate that Islamic financial literacy and religiosity have a positive and significant effect, both partially and simultaneously. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 69.90% indicates that variations in Islamic household financial planning can be explained by these two variables, while the remaining 30.10% is influenced by other factors outside the research model.
