Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of the industrial sector, service sector, and plantation sector on Regional Original Revenue (PAD) in North Luwu Regency. A quantitative approach was employed using secondary data, consisting of sectoral GRDP at constant prices and PAD realization for the 2015–2024 period. The sample comprised 10 years of time-series data. The analytical method used was multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS, complemented by classical assumption tests. The partial test results (t-test) indicate that the industrial sector (p=0.983), service sector (p=0.542), and plantation sector (p=0.313) do not have a significant effect on PAD at the 0.05 significance level. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.266 indicates that only 26.6% of the variation in PAD is explained by these three sectors, while the remainder is influenced by other factors such as tax collection effectiveness, taxpayer compliance, and local fiscal policies. Therefore, increasing PAD in North Luwu Regency cannot rely solely on these three sectors without improving regional revenue governance.
