Abstract

This research aims to find out if rewards and punishments have a significant effect on employee performance at Tirta Mangkaluku Drinking Water Company Palopo City. The research method used is a quantitative method using primary data, a method of data retrieval using survey questionnaires to 75 employees of PAM Tirta Mangkaluku Palopo City. The analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis, after the data was collected, the analysis data using the SPSS (statistic product and service solution) program version 24. The results of research with multiple linear regression analysis through t test, reward (X1) proven to have an effect on employee performance, punishment (X2) is proven to have an impact on employee performance, through F test (simultaneously) all independent variables in this study equally significantly affect dependent variables namely employee performance.
