Abstract
ABSTRACK This study aims to examine the relationship between social media and employee performance. The population in this study were employees at the Batara Guru Belopa Regional General Hospital. Purposive sampling was used with a total sample of 85 employees. The data analysis method used is simple linear regression. The test results show that the social media variables partially have a significant effect on employee performance with a magnitude of influence of 10.3% which can affect the performance of employees at the Batara Guru Belopa Regional General Hospital and the rest comes from other influences.
