Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure and sales growth on profitability in seaweed companies in the city of Palopo. This research is a quantitative research. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling and the samples in this study amounted to eight respondents at the Palopo city seaweed company. The data used in this research are primary data and collected through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis using panel data regression. The results of the study with panel data regression analysis show that 1) capital structure has a positive effect on profitability 2) sales growth has a positive effect on profitability.
