Abstract
This research intent to know Individual's Characteristic Influence and Work Condition to clerk performance on on duty Satuan Pamong Praja and Damkar. Variable third that was measured bases many indicators. Population and sample in observational it is all ASN'S clerk on on duty Satpol PP & Damkar Luwu's Regency North as much 56 person. Samples taking tech in observational it utilizes to methodic census / Saturated Sample (all population member cans be observational sample). This research constitute quantitative research with analisis's method data that is utilized is analisis bifilar regression. Examination result point out characteristic individual not ascendant to clerk performance whereas signifikan's ascendant work condition to clerk performance.
