Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the level of wages and work discipline has a significant effect on the work productivity of employees at the Mitra Bangunan shop in Bua District, Luwu Regency. The research method used is a quantitative. The data collection method used a questionnaire survey to 40 employees of Mitra Bangunan Stores. The, after the data is collected the data is analyzed using the SPSS program (statistical product and service solution) version 22. The results of the study using multiple linear regression analysis Based on the t test, the result shows that t count 767 <t table 1.687% with a significance level of 0.448> 0.05, so partially the independent variable wage level has no positive and significant effect on the dependent variable employee work productivity thus the hypothesis is rejected. Based on the t test, the results show that the t value is 5.843> t table 1.687% with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, so partially the independent variable work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable of employee work productivity, thus the hypothesis is accepted. Based on the F test, the results show that the tcount value is 21,684 with a significance level of 0.000% with a degree of confidence of 100% F count (21,684)> F table (3.25), so simultaneously the wage level (X1) and work discipline (X2) have an effect simultaneously or together and significantly to employee productivity (Y).
