Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh mutasi terhadap semangat kerja karyawan pada Pegadaian Cabang Belopa. Populasi sekaligus sampel yang dipilih dalam penelitian adalah semua karyawan Pegadaian Cabang Belopa sebanyak 35 orang, yang diambil menggunakan metode sensus. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah angket (kuesioner), wawancara, dan studi pustaka Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mutasi signifikan dan berpengaruh nyata terhadap variabel semangat kerja karyawan pada Pegadaian Cabang Belopa. Kata kunci: mutasi, semangat kerja ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the effect of mutations on employee morale at the Belopa Branch Pegadaian. The population as well as the sample selected in the study were all employees of the Belopa Pegadaian Branch as many as 35 people, who were taken using the census method. The data collection methods in this study were questionnaires, interviews, and literature. The data analysis method used was simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the mutation was significant and had a significant effect on the employee morale variable at the Belopa Branch Pegadaian. Key words: mutation, spirit at work
