Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengatahui pengaruh program keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (k3) terhadap kinerja pegawai pada UPT penerangan jalan umum kota palopo dan pengaruh kesehatan kerja keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (k3) terhadap kinerja pegawai pada UPT penerangan jalan umum kota palopo.data di poroleh dengan membagikan kuesiner penelitian kepada 59 orang responden yang merupakan pegawai pada UPT penerangan jalan umum kota palopo.data yang terkumpul kemudian di analisis dfengan mengunakan metode analisis regresi liner berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS.hasil penelitan menunjukan bahwa keselamatan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada UPT penerangan jalan umum kota palopo.hal tersebut di buktikan dengan hasil uji statistik t untuk variable kesehatan kerja t hitung sebesar 2,890 lebhi kecil dari t table yaitu 1,670 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,00 lebhi kecil dari 0,05 selain itu keselamatan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada UPT penerangan jalan umum kota palopo. hal tersebut di buktikan dengan hasil uji statistik t untuk variable disiplin kerja diperoleh t hitung sebesar 5,552 lebih besar dari t tabel yaitu 1,670 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,00 lebih kecil dari 0,05 Kata kunci : keselamatan kerja, kesehatan kerja dan kinerja pegawai ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of safety and occupational health (K3) program on employee performance at the Palopo city public street lighting UPT and the effect of occupational health, safety and health (K3) on employee performance at the UPT of Palopo city public street lighting. Distributed research questionnaires to 59 respondents who were employees of the UPT street lighting in Palopo city.
