Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between dividend policy and debt policy on firm value. The population in this study were sub-property and real estate manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling with the number obtained, namely 10 property and real estate companies with a total of 60 companies. The data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis. The test results show that the dividend policy variable has a significant effect on firm value and the debt policy variable does not have a significant effect on firm value. The R value is 0.626, which means that the dividend policy variable and the debt policy are able to explain 62.6% of the variation in the firm value variable and the remaining 37.4% is explained by other variables not examined.
