Abstract

This study aims to determine whether fairness compensation and organizational commitment have a significant effect on the workforce productivity of Muhammadiyah University of Muhammadiyah Palembang. The research method used is a quantitative method using primary data, the data collection method uses a questionnaire survey to 59 employees of Muhammadiyah University of Palembang. This study uses analysis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis, after the data is collected, the data is analyzed using the SPSS program (statistical product and service solution) version 25. The results of the study with multiple linear regression analysis through t test, compensation fairness (X1) proved not effect on work productivity, organizational commitment (X2) but can affect work productivity, but through the f test (simultaneously) all independent variables in this study equally have a significant effect on the variable de penden namely work productivity.
