Abstract
Abstract: This study aims to: (1) determine the effect of compensation on the performance of honorary nurses at Andi Djemma Hospital, Masamba City, (2) determine the effect of work discipline on the performance of honorary nurses at Andi Djemma Hospital, Masamba City, (3) determine the effect of compensation and work discipline on performance of honorary nurses at Andi Djemma Hospital, Masamba City. The population selected in this study were all honorary nurses at the Andi Djemma Masamba Hospital, North Luwu Regency, as many as 145 people, the researchers took a sample of 59 people, with purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that compensation had a significant effect on the performance of honorary nurses at Andi Djemma Masamba Hospital, North Luwu Regency. Work discipline has a significant effect on the performance of honorary nurses at Andi Djemma Masamba Hospital, North Luwu Regency. Compensation and work discipline together affect the performance of honorary nurses at Andi Djemma Masamba Hospital, North Luwu Regency. Keywords: Compensation, work discipline, performance of honorary nurses Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kineja perawat honorer pada RSUD Andi Djemma Kota Masamba, (2) mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja perawat honorer pada RSUD Andi Djemma Kota Masamba, (3) mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja perawat honorer pada RSUD Andi Djemma Kota Masamba. Populasi yang dipilih dalam penelitian adalah semua perawat honorer di RSUD Andi Djemma Masamba Kabupaten Luwu Utara sebanyak 145 orang, peneliti mengambil sampel sebanyak 59 orang, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat honorer pada RSUD Andi Djemma Masamba Kabupaten Luwu Utara. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat honorer pada RSUD Andi Djemma Masamba Kabupaten Luwu Utara. Kompensasi dan disiplin kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perawat honorer pada RSUD Andi Djemma Masamba Kabupaten Luwu Utara.
