Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of motivation and competence on employee performance. In addition, this study also aims to examine the effect of the intervening variable job satisfaction on the relationship between motivation and organizational culture on employee performance. The sample in this study amounted to 151 employees. The approach used is a quantitative approach. The method of analysis in this study is path analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between motivation, organizational culture, and job satisfaction on employee performance at Sawerigading Palopo Hospital.
