Abstract
INTISARI Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada koperasi UPBU Andi Jemma (KUAJ) di Masamba Kabupaten Luwu Utara. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 68 responden dan metode penentuan sampel menggunakan metode penentuan sampel jenuh, dimana seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil uji simultan (Uji F) yaitu gaya kepemimpinan (X1) dan disiplin kerja (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < jika dibandingkan dengan tingkat alpha 5%. Dan untuk pengujian secara parsial yaitu gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan ditunjukkan dengan tingkat signifikan 0,028 < 0,05, disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan ditunjukkan dengan tingkat signifikan 0,068 > 0,05. Kata Kunci : Gaya Kepemimpinan, Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan. ABSTRACK This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance at the Andi Jemma UPBU cooperative (KUAJ) in Masamba, North Luwu Regency. The population and sample in this study were 68 respondents and the method of determining the sample used the method of determining a saturated sample, where the entire population was used as a sample. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression test. The results of the simultaneous test (Test F), namely leadership style (X1) and work discipline (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance, with a significant value of 0.000 < when compared to an alpha level of 5%. And for partial testing, leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance indicated by a significant level of 0.028 <0.05, work discipline has no significant effect on employee performance indicated by a significant level of 0.068 > 0.05.
