Abstract
The purpose of this research is to find out how the relationship between work ability, work experience, and human resource performance in MSMEs Furniture. The quantitative method used in this study involved distributing online questionnaires. Furniture MSME employees in North Luwu Regency and West Malangke Regency became the population of this study. The questionnaire method was used as a sampling strategy, with 40 respondents collected from four furniture businesses in West Malangke. random sampling based on a predetermined sample. The population for this study is currently unknown, so the sampling used is a nonprobability sample, and 40 respondents were obtained from furniture SMEs. The hypothesis testing used is the Structural Equation Model technique. According to the findings of the study, work ability has a direct and significant effect on HR performance, work experience has a direct and significant positive effect on HR performance.
