Abstract

ABSTRAK Universitas Muhammadiyah Palopo Program Studi DIII Kebidanan LTA, 29 april 2024 ANDI HASNAH Asuhan Kebidanan Continuity of Care Pada Ny “I” Masa Hamil Sampai Dengan Keluarga Berencana Di Klinik Sehat Zam Zam Kota Tahun 2024 Continuity of Care (CoC) merupakan layanan kebidanan melalui model pelayanan berkelanjutan pada perempuan sepanjang masa kehamilan, persalinan, nifas dan keluarga berencana. Bidan sebagai subsistem sumber daya manusia menjadi salah satu ujung tombak yang berperan langsung pada percepatan penurunan angka kematian ibu dan atau angka kematian bayi. Asuhan pada Ny.”I” umur 34 tahun GIIIPIIA0 bersifat Continuity of Care, menggunakan pendekatan asuhan berkesinambungan dengan cara memantau perkembangan ibu dan janin mulai masa hamil trimester III, dan memantau serta menolong persalinan, pemantauan masa nifas, pemantauan bayi baru lahir sampai penggunaan alat kontrasepsi atau Keluarga Berencana. Kehamilan Ny. “I” berlangsung tanpa penyulit, lamanya kehamilan 40 minggu. Persalinan berlangsung dengan normal, bayi baru lahir segera menangis, BB 3580 gram, PB 49 cm, Insiasi menyusui dini (IMD) dilakukan selama 1 jam. Masa nifas 6 minggu tanpa komplikasi dan ibu memilih alat akseptor suntik 3 bulan. Diharapkan bagi pemilik lahan praktek lebih meningkatkan standart asuhan 10T menjadi 14T, pada setiap ibu hamil agar dapat deteksi dini dan pencegahan komplikasi dapat dilaksanakan serta meningkatkan fasilitas dan pelayanan asuhan di lapangan dan di masyarakat agar dapat membantu menurunkan Angka kematian ibu dan Angka kematian bayi. Midwives as a human resources subsystem are one of the spearheads that play a direct role in accelerating the reduction of maternal mortality rates and/or infant mortality rates. The care for Mrs. "I" aged 34 years GIIIPIIA0 is Continuity of Care, using a continuous care approach by monitoring the development of the mother and fetus starting during the third trimester of pregnancy, and monitoring and assisting with childbirth, monitoring the postpartum period, monitoring newborns and using tools. contraception or family planning. Mrs. Pregnancy “I” took place without complications, the duration of pregnancy was 40 weeks. The delivery took place normally, the newborn cried immediately, BB 3580 grams, PB 49 cm, Early initiation of breastfeeding (IMD) was carried out for 1 hour. The postpartum period was 6 weeks without complications and the mother chose an injectable acceptor device for 3 months. It is hoped that practice land owners will further increase the standard of care from 10T to 14T, for every pregnant mother so that early detection and prevention of complications can be implemented as well as improving care facilities and services in the field and in the community in order to help reduce maternal mortality and infant mortality.
