Abstract

ABSTRAK Universitas Muhammadiyah Palopo Program Studi DIII Kebidanan LTA, Mei 2024 Juni, Asuhan Kebidanan Continuity Of Care Pada NyI Masa Hamil Sampai Dengan Keluarga Berenana Di Klinik Sehat Zamzam Tahun 2024 Continuity of Care (COC) merupakan pelayanan kebidanan berkelanjutan yang bertujuan untuk menurunkan AKI dan AKB. Menurut WHO (2019), rasio kematian ibu adalah jumlah kematian ibu akibat kehamilan, persalinan, dan proses nifas dan digunakan sebagai indikator status kesehatan perempuan. Asuhan pada Ny. I umur 27 tahun GIP0A0 bersifat Continuity of Care, menggunakan pendekatan asuhan berkesinambungan dengan cara memantau perkembangan ibu dan janin mulai masa hamil trimester III, dan memantau serta menolong persalinan, pemantauan masa nifas, pemantauan bayi baru lahir sampai penggunaan alat kontrasepsi atau Keluarga berencana. Kehamilan Ny. I berlangsung tanpa penyulit, lamanya kehamilan 39 minggu 4 hari. Persalinan berlangsung dengan baik, bayi baru lahir segera menangis, Berat badan 2990 gram, Panjang badan 49 cm, Insiasi menyusui dini dilakukan selama 60 menit. Masa nifas 6 minggu tanpa komplikasi dan ibu belum ingin menjadi akseptor keluarg berencana (KB). Diharapkan bagi pemilik lahan praktek lebih meningkatkan standart asuhan 10T menjadi 14T, pada setiap ibu hamil agar dapat deteksi dini dan pencegahan komplikasi dapat dilaksanakan serta meningkatkan pelayanan asuhan di lapangan dan di masyarakat agar dapat membantu menurunkan Angka kematian ibu dan Angka kematian bayi. According to WHO (2019), the maternal mortality ratio is the number of maternal deaths due to pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum process and is used as an indicator of women's health status. Care of Mrs. I, 27 years old, GIP0A0 is Continuity of Care, uses a continuous care approach by monitoring the development of the mother and fetus starting during the third trimester of pregnancy, and monitoring and assisting with childbirth, monitoring the postpartum period, monitoring newborns to the use of contraception or family planning. Mrs. Pregnancy I took place without complications, the duration of pregnancy was 39 weeks 4 days. The delivery went well, the newborn cried immediately, weight 2990 grams, body length 49 cm, early initiation of breastfeeding took 60 minutes. The postpartum period is 6 weeks without complications and the mother does not want to become a family planning (KB) acceptor. It is hoped that practice land owners will further increase the standard of care from 10T to 14T, for every pregnant mother so that early detection and prevention of complications can be implemented as well as improving care services in the field and in the community in order to help reduce maternal mortality and infant mortality.
